    1. Agreement to Terms

    These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Delorian Group Ltd. ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") governing your access to and use of Chart Nomads Edge (the "Service").

    By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    Chart Nomads Edge is a prop firm trading companion platform that provides:

    • Prop firm account tracking and management
    • Income and expense tracking for trading activities
    • Recurring payment management
    • Calendar view for financial events
    • Performance analytics and reporting
    • Payout certificate sharing (Hall of Fame)
    • Prop firm information and community features

    The Service is intended as a tracking and organizational tool and does not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.

    3. Eligibility

    To use the Service, you must:

    • Be at least 18 years of age
    • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
    • Not be barred from using the Service under applicable law
    • Provide accurate and complete registration information

    4. Account Registration

    To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:

    • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
    • Maintain and promptly update your account information
    • Maintain the security of your account credentials
    • Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
    • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or contain inaccurate information.

    5. Subscription and Payment

    5.1 Subscription Plans

    The Service offers various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Plan details and pricing are available on our website and may be updated from time to time.

    5.2 Payment

    By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees at the beginning of each billing cycle.

    5.3 Automatic Renewal

    Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancel at any time through your account settings.

    5.4 Refund Policy

    Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, please contact us at support@chartnomads.com, and we will review your case on an individual basis.

    5.5 Price Changes

    We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to use the Service to:

    • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
    • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
    • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
    • Use automated means to access the Service without our permission
    • Collect or harvest user data without authorization
    • Impersonate any person or entity
    • Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service

    7. User Content

    7.1 Your Content

    You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Service ("User Content"), including financial data, payout certificates, and other materials. By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process such content solely to provide and improve the Service.

    7.2 Public Content

    Some features allow you to share content publicly (e.g., Hall of Fame certificates). By sharing content publicly, you grant us and other users the right to view and share such content within the Service.

    7.3 Content Responsibility

    You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to submit such content. We reserve the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms.

    8. Intellectual Property

    The Service and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by Delorian Group Ltd. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

    You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

    9. Third-Party Services

    The Service may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

    Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

    10. Disclaimer of Warranties

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    We do not warrant that:

    • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
    • Any errors or defects will be corrected
    • The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components
    • The results obtained from using the Service will be accurate or reliable

    11. Limitation of Liability

    TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELORIAN GROUP LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:

    • Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Service
    • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
    • Any content obtained from the Service
    • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

    IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS FOR THE SERVICE.

    12. No Financial Advice

    The Service is a tracking and organizational tool only. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, trading, or legal advice. We do not recommend any specific prop firms, trading strategies, or financial decisions.

    Any information provided through the Service regarding prop firms is for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for making trading or investment decisions. Always conduct your own research and consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

    13. Indemnification

    You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Delorian Group Ltd. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

    14. Termination

    We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

    Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request deletion of your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

    15. Governing Law

    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

    Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Bulgaria.

    16. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the changes becoming effective.

    Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

    17. Severability

    If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

    18. Entire Agreement

    These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Delorian Group Ltd. regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
